Sadness

The rug showed up yesterday.  It wasn't the right one.  In fact it was a completely different pattern (we thought at first it might another color of the same pattern, but the numbers didn't match).  I was heartbroken, because of course, it's sold out and they don't know if they will get more.  They were not very apologetic, past the rote script they are given these days.  It left a bad taste in my mouth, and I am not sure how much business overstock.com will be getting from me after this.  


On that note I am in the process of hunting down another grey damask rug, even going as far as hunting down the manufacturer.  I will keep you all posted as I go along!
