Pearls and Cocktails

Tonight we headed to our regular rendezvous of wine at Clementine's.  Only they only had chicken liver pate which I don't love.  So we ordered duck rillettes instead.  Delish!  We also ordered a bottle of prosecco, that turned into a bottle of Original Sin apple cider for G and a Buzzed Rum cocktail for me.  We ate salad and soup, and then some mac n cheese and an asian dish that left enough leftovers for lunch for the two of us tomorrow.  We hung out with our favorite bartender, a woman I would love to get to know more.  And we met two men who I adored and was hugging by the night's end, planning to meet up in a week.

This city is my city.  It feels right.  Alive.  And I have never been happier.
