For dinner the chicken got scrapped for some roasted shrimp. I took that, a green colored tomato (it was a ripe tomato, just green like a watermelon), some mozzarella, a red onion and some chopped up fresh basil and made a salad for our dinner. Dessert was the last of the strawberries cut up with a local juicy peach and topped off with fresh whipped cream (that G whipped up by hand). Simple as always and the salad will be what we're having for lunch tomorrow as well! Dinner tomorrow night is from the French cookbook, so stay tuned!
