The roasted chicken will last longer than just this week, with parts being frozen for a later date. It's going to be the beginning of Lent, so no meat on Fridays, or this week on Ash Wednesday. This menu planning will come in very handy for Lent because I'll be able to make sure I plan for vegetarian or pescetarian meals on Fridays.
The Goats Cheese Tart sounds quite delicious!
ReplyDeleteAnd I have a confession to make, I have never roasted a chicken! I have no idea how that's possible, but it's true.
