I was at the baby store yesterday discussing diapers and whatnot, when I decided to bite the bullet and pick up one of the glass water bottles they had there. Meet my new best friend:
She's a Lifefactory glass water bottle with a raspberry colored silicone sleeve. I normally am not drawn to pink, but their 16 oz bottles seem limited in color, and I didn't want to have to lug around a 22 oz bottle. It's got a wide mouth, making it more like drinking from a cup. And best of all, you don't have to remove the sleeve, just throw the whole thing in the dishwasher to clean!
I normally drink a lot of water. But I had found that with this pregnancy (and me getting bigger and more tired), that I wasn't getting up to refill my glass often enough. That coupled with me spilling my glass a few times led me to believe that perhaps this bottle with lid was the answer. Yesterday alone I went through 4 fillings of it! It's keeping me super hydrated, it's convenient to throw in my bag to make sure I keep up drinking water throughout the day, and the color kind of makes me smile.
Do you have a glass water bottle? Or do you stick with the metal ones?
I love these adult sippy cups.
ReplyDeleteI have a BPA-free plastic bottle with a chartreuse lid. I also own a Sigg, but I ate drinking out of metal. So I use the Sigg to transport other things...like wine, which isn't helped by the metal. It's basically an inappropriate flask at this point.
