Edgy
As a little treat I picked up a new nail polish while at Target recently. Essie's Over The Edge is a deep steel/charcoal with blue undertones. I spent the time last night to really try it out, and this is what it looks like with a top coat.
I'm definitely a fan of dark nail polish. Do you rock the look or still lean more to brighter or more neutral colors?

I prefer darker colors the majority of the time but every now and then I get a desire to go for something bright and crazy. Like a very bright electric blue or neonish green.
ReplyDeleteVery cool! I wish I could wear nail polish, but I had some health issues as a kid, and my nails are actually misshapen and could fall off if I put nail polish on them. Funny enough, my toenails are fine, and are often painted!
ReplyDeleteThat polish is excellent with your skin tone and personality. I like dark polish on my toes but prefer lighter pinks and creams on my fingers. I'm cooking all the time, so a manicure never lasts long on me!
ReplyDeleteOoh, I like that polish... Essie is one of my favorite brands. I love their 'Dive Bar' polish, it's my most used bottle I think! I tend to add a sprinkling of rock-chick to my look... a call back to my teenage days!... though these days its more 'rock-chic' ;)
