Our tilapia dinner went over very well tonight.  It was amazing.  I haven't eaten it since college, but we have 10 more filets left, so I am sure we will be eating it again soon!  It's so simple to make, and for those who don't like "fishy" fish, it's a very clean taste, not really fishy at all.  And it looks so damn pretty when it's plated!

  1. I love tilapia. I cook it in a little butter, lots of lemon juice, garlic and capers and it is delicious.
