*Getting to relax while my husband does dishes and the french bread rises.
Sometimes it's the small things. The goodness in making a new dessert and having my husband try to convince me he needs another piece. The sound of Sophie's tail swishing when you talk to her. The day turning out to be sunny when they called for it to be overcast. Yes, when you look, there are good things.
So I pretty much love everything in your blog- especially your skirts :)
ReplyDeleteAnd the roll-ups are SO easy! 16 oz. cream cheese, 16 oz. sour cream, one lime, bunch of green onions, and jalapeno peppers (to taste). Mix it together and throw it on a tortilla! And they are super yummy.
That pesto sandwich looks delicious, and great score on that jacket!
ReplyDeleteI need to think like this - at the moment I think I could make a very loooonnnng list of "Bad Things"!! But you are right - the good things are often the little things throughout the day that go well, and I really should stop and take stock of them when they do happen, rather than just buzzing by!
ReplyDeleteLOVE the jacket too, BTW.
