Birthday Cake

Better late than never, G was only slightly over a week past my birthday (compared to my months for him).  So bravo to G!  He also attempted to make my dark chocolate cake that is dense and only has 1/4 c. flour in in, requires cooking beforehand and whipping up egg whites.  And he did so very successfully!  My cake is to die for (I might be enjoying a piece right this minute....shhhh!).  So thank you darling, I appreciate it so very much!
