Quick Dinner

Last night I knew we needed to use up some salad so we made a creamy dijon dressing, cut up a tomato, and ended up with something yummy to accompany our tilapia with tomatoes and sauteed leeks.  Simple, light and delicious we finished with some French bread and goat's brie.

  1. These plates look yummy. I love sauteed leeks. I think I will try to fit that into our menu this week. Another great vegetable I like to saute with some fresh garlic is baby bok choy.
